The winning bidder, (the person whose name appears on the Bill of Sale) must be the person who completes the ATF form. The Polk County Sheriff's Office will provide a copy of the Bill of Sale to Benton Shooters Supply. Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosive (ATF) Form-4473 form on all firearms purchased. Buyers must receive approval through the Tennessee background check system, and will be required to complete a U.S. Benton Shooters Supply will register the firearm, help with coordination to conduct your background check and then assist you with local pick up or shipping to another Licensed Firearm Dealer near you. We will require you to make your own arrangements with Benton Shooters Supply to pay this fee and/or arrange any shipping that you may require. #22 REMINGTON RIFLE REGISTRATION#
The Licensed Firearms Dealer will charge a fee of $35.00 ($25 registration fee and $10 to Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for background check. The Polk County Sheriff's Office will submit the winning bidders name and address information to the approved Licensed Firearms Dealer.
#22 REMINGTON RIFLE SERIAL NUMBERS#
This rifle bears no serial numbers because it was manufactured prior to the 1968 Gun Control Act. This would be a great restoration rifle and a great collectors piece. Barrel stamp of "LLT" indicating that the rifle was manufactured in February of 1948.
